The luxury American automaker has fundamentally redesigned the vehicle for 2023, giving drivers more of what they want and less of what they don’t.

Technology
For instance, Cadillac equips the 2023 XT6 with its User Experience infotainment system. Drivers can enjoy easy voice-activated navigation and controls, thanks to Alexa Built-in as standard, letting them keep their eyes on the road.
A Bose speaker premium audio system, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay also come as standard. These technologies enable drivers to enjoy all their favourite music and services on the go, hands-free.
Adaptive cruise control for highway driving is another highly-anticipated technology. Cadillac’s new system matches the speed of the vehicle in front of you, eliminating the need to manually accelerate and brake in variable traffic.
Finally, owners have the option to integrate a full heads-up display. The system allows the driver to see speed, mileage, and RPM information without looking down at the instrument cluster.

Exterior And Interior Design
For 2023, Cadillac massively revamped the XT6’s exterior. The vehicle now comes equipped with Intellibeam auto high beam assist, which automatically dims headlights when it detects oncoming traffic or a vehicle ahead. Daytime running lights come as standard, and drivers can enjoy an UltraView Power Sunroof for the ultimate feeling of freedom and joy on the road.
As for wheels, the standard model comes with regular alloys. However, you can upgrade to 20-inch, six-spoke versions for even more presence on the road.
Seven cut and sewn passenger seats finish the cabin. And exotic woods and carbon fibre upgrades are available for those who want them to add a flourish to their vehicles.

Performance And Safety
In terms of performance, Cadillac equips the 2023 XT6 with a silky smooth 9-speed automatic transmission with the company’s Electronic Precision Shift. All vehicles are AWD, but you can upgrade to a 3.6-litre V6 engine if you require more power. An engine block heater and Brembo performance brakes are also available as optional extras.
Finally, Cadillac brings an abundance of safety features to the new model. Automatic emergency braking, forward collision alert, and an HD rear-view front camera all come as standard.

You also get front pedestrian braking, where the vehicle will detect people walking in front of the car and then apply the brakes automatically if you don’t to prevent an accident. The system makes you feel more confident driving in crowded spaces and inner city areas.
